Subject: Fwd: Fink & Bornstein P.C. - Meeting with Scott Grein in March 2023

February 7, 2023

Dear Injured Worker Representatives,

Further to our letter to the WSIB President of January 19, 2023, Pamela of my office spoke with Kendra Holliday-Bryant, Operations Stakeholder Relations Manager, on February 2, 2023 regarding our ongoing concerns with the WSIB’s lack of adjudication, continuous delays, etc..

In speaking with Kendra, she advised that Mr. Scott Grein, Director, Case Management Division, would be the best point of contact at the WSIB to discuss our concerns.

As such, we would like to know whether any of the Injured Workers Representatives would like to participate in the meeting and/or provide us with a list of 3 to 5 of their major concerns with the WSIB.

Could you please provide us with a reply and any written information by no later than February 28, 2023.

We will then contact Scott Grein to arrange a date and time for the meeting by Teams or Zoom and provide him with any written materials we receive from any Injured Worker Representatives.

Finally, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact Pamela.

Thank you kindly

 Pamela Hughes-Ford
